Google Pixel 6a with Tensor chipset Price, Specs, Features, & Launch Date: Tech giant Google has announced its latest smartphone Google Pixel 6a. It is considered to be the most affordable option in the entire Pixel 6 series. The phone is priced the same as the previous generation Pixel 5a and the price of the phone are $449.
The phone features an aluminum frame and the design of the phone is similar to the other two Pixel 6 lineup phones.

The Pixel 6a has a smaller 6.1-inch OLED display and the resolution of the display is 2400×1080. The display of Pixel 6a is only 60Hz while Pixel 6 has 90Hz and Pixel 6 Pro has 120 Hz. However, the front glass has Gorilla Glass 3 which is downgraded from Gorilla Glass Victus. The back of the phone is now made out of plastic. The Pixel 6a is IP67 as opposed to IP68 on the other two.
Inside the phone, the Pixel 6a runs on the same Google Tensor SoC along with having the Titan M2 security chip as the other two Pixel 6 phones. It also has 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage and 6GB of LPDDR5 memory.

The rear side of the phone is equipped with a new 12.2MP f1.7 dual-pixel camera with optical image stabilization as it is the main camera of the phone. The ultra-wide camera is the same 12MP f2.2 found on the other two Pixel 6 phones. On the front side, the phone is equipped with an 8MP f2.0 camera, the same as the one on the smaller Pixel 6.
The other features of the phone include 5G connectivity, HDR support, dual microphones, always-on display, in-display fingerprint sensor, and stereo speakers. The phone comes with the Android operating system of version 12 and will get the security updates for five years.
Google Pixel 6a has a smaller 4410mAh battery that supports 18W USB-PD fast charging. But, there is no wireless charging. The company claims that the battery supports the phone over 24 hours of regular use and up to 72 hours with the new Extreme Battery Saver mode.
The Google Pixel 6a phone will be available in three colors: Charcoal, Chalk, and Sage.

It will be available on sale online on July 21 and will be in stores on July 28. The phones will be available in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Singapore, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan, Italy, and Puerto Rico
